Use Album Keywords To show copies of layouts in multiple albums
First it is important to understand the difference between keywords and album keywords .
An album keyword is assigned to an album and all layouts with this keyword will show up in that album – it can only have one
A regular keyword is assigned to a layout to tell it where else it should show up besides the original album it is uploaded to. A layout can have multiple keywords.
For example:
Vonda, a CT member, makes a layout using ScrappyCats products, but also it is for a challenge.
She uploads it to her personal album, which she created, and then gives it the album keyword for ScrappyCats CT album and another keyword for the challenge album. Then, lo and behold it becomes a standout layout and then it is given a keyword for the standout layout album. For multiple album keywords on a layout, just leave a space between the album keywords
To assign album keywords to layouts that have already been uploaded, use the edit files option.
When posting a challenge you will need to be sure you instruct the participants to put the album keyword in their layouts keywords.
