| Create an album for your layouts by clicking on the create/order my albums tab |  |
You will be taken to the Album Manager Screen. Click on the New button and the words "new album" will appear in the big box as well as in the text field at the bottom of the box. Change the name of the album in the text field, then click the apply modifications button. In the future you can come back here and create more albums and also change the names of albums already created. |

| Now you will be taken back to the main page of the gallery. | |
| Click on Upload File link that is located in the list of links right under the header. |  |
In the next screen you will need to click browse to find the layout on your computer that you wish to upload. You may upload up to five layouts at a time. Please note there are restrictions on the size of the layouts you may upload. They may not be more than 300 kb and no more than 700 pixels wide or high.

| Click continue when you have finished this screen. | |
| The next screen tells you if you were successful in uploading your layouts. The most common reason for lack of success is oversized layouts. If your layout is too large it will not be uploaded. Click continue. | |
Now you will be asked to fill out information for each of the layouts you have uploaded. Album Keywords are what will allow you to display this layout in more then one album. A link to the album keywords is found in the gallery links under the header. it is linked here also for your convenience.

| When you finish this screen, click continue. If you have more than one layout uploaded, you will be asked to fill in the information on this screen for each layout. This places the layouts in the proper albums. When all layouts are placed in their albums you are done and will get a window telling you that all layouts have been placed in their albums. | |
